Best turkey I have cooked since cooking for Thanksgiving. I used the Bayou Brine and followed the directions on the package for a 19.5 lb turkey. I soaked the turkey for 15 hours completely submerged in the brine mixture and water in a brine bag and poured ice over the bag to keep cold in a large pot. Afterwards dried the turkey and injected it with Tony Chachere’s Creole Style Butter Marinade. Rubbed the turkey with poultry seasoning and olive oil. Cooked for 5 hours. How moist and thoroughly delicious!!!!!! Try it for yourself.
