Chef J’s Fried Chicken
What could be more epic than some homemade fried chicken? Well it’s time to give this recipe a try. We use masa in the flour to give it that cool corn finish with a nice crunchy snap. Drizzle it with some of our FIRE HONEY and you are in for a real treat. We like to use chicken thighs for our fried chicken. It’s a total match made in heaven. Happy Cooking, Chef Jason
