We have been making this green chili for years, but recently we decided to use ground Berskhire pork from our friends at Tender Belly…. WOW, this is a total game changer for sure. What is the measurement of the green chilis? Is it one cup, one pepper, one package of frozen peppers? This is not clear at all.
it is 1 cup, or to taste if you find them to be too hot
