
Maryland Style Crab Cakes
This is what happens when you are walking thru Costco hungry. The crab looked great and it was time to get our Crab Cakes on the Big Green Egg. We added some maple chunks to the Rockwood Lump Charcoal, added our Lodge Cast iron skillet and had a blast. This recipe won’t disappoint, unless you try and make small crab cakes.
