Luau Pulled Pork – 5280 Culinary
We took some Root Beer, Rub a Dub and Oink and added it to smoked pork, then mixed Pineapple juice and 2 of our BBQ sauces to created this Luau favorite. A great recipe that works well on the Traeger, Big Green Egg or Weber (with the help of an Amaze-N smoke tube). Next time your at Costco, grab a couple packs of this pork and thank me later. This is a gift that keeps on giving.
