With the flood of Gochujang on the market, and for good reason…. we decided it was time to make a new version of sweet chili sauce with a punch of flavor and heat. This sauce rocks!!! use it to add some heat and flavor to grilled chicken, ribs or beef brisket. Adjust it as you see fit, taking heat away or adding more. Once you have made this, store it in a mason jar and get ready for it to become even batter as it sits. Happy Cooking, Chef Jason
