Colorado Meatballs
Imagine a tailgate party where your meatballs are the star of the show, let us help you with the recipe, rubs and sauce to make that happen. We start with local Colorado Beef (we used ground 80/20 Angus Chuck), we add some of our Oink and Rub A Dub rubs, then some of our High Altitude BBQ Sauce, eggs and breadcrumbs. Mix all that up and scoop some BIG meatballs. Next up…. Smoke them, grill them, oven roast them or dutch oven them. This recipe works with all of your favorite cooking tools
