Mexican Street Foods Grilled Cheese
The second installment in our Street Foods blogs was the result of a… “hmm, I wonder what this would taste like…” moment. WOW, is the word I use to describe this creation. Be sure to sprinkle the top of the sandwich with a tad bit more of the Cotija Cheese for a nice finish. I can’t wait to try this with some Hacienda Maize Jelly next. Happy Cooking!!!
