We have demoed and sampled our smoked pork belly at quite a few Ace Hardware Stores and decided it was time to bring the recipe to you. Adjust the recipe as needed to meet your smoke and flavor preferences. Pork Belly can now be found at Costco and some local grocery stores. If you can’t find it, please let us know and we can help get you some belly. The newest sauce option we have found to awesome is a 50/50 mixture of our High Altitude BBQ and Low Country BBQ Sauces.
